Deepen your clinical work with Self and Self-energy in Internal Family Systems (IFS). This live, 3.5-hour virtual training moves beyond foundational IFS concepts to explore what it really means to recognize, attune to, and access Self both in yourself and your clients.
You'll revisit the Eight Cs of Self, examine what Self is not, and dig into the therapist's own parts and "shoulds" that can get in the way of Self-presence in session. Using specific frameworks, you'll build a clearer, more applied understanding of the Self-to-part relationship as well as walk away with a brief Self-assessment tool and clinical questioning strategies you can use right away.
Delivered through didactic teaching, case discussion, and experiential breakout practice, this training is built for licensed mental health professionals: counselors, social workers, and psychologists with foundational IFS knowledge who are ready to go deeper.
3.5 NBCC CE hours available upon full attendance and evaluation completion.
Date: 9th October | Time: 2:30PM– 6PM EST | Format: Live via Zoom
