Parenting Workshop (free with purchase of video series)

Parenting a teenager or tween can feel like navigating entirely new territory, and we wanted to create something that actually helps. We are so excited to share that we have put together a video series designed specifically for parents of tweens and teens, packed with practical insight and support for this unique season of parenting.

And because we know that watching something often sparks more questions than answers, we are pairing the video series with a live, in-person workshop, a dedicated space to come together, ask your questions, and connect with other parents walking the same road.

If you get a chance to watch the videos before you attend the workshop, wonderful! But please don't let that stop you from coming. You are more than welcome to show up just as you are, and we will take it from there together.

CE Training: Attuning to and Accessing Self-Energy

Deepening IFS Practice for Practitioners

Mental Health Practitioners:

Deepen your clinical work with Self and Self-energy in Internal Family Systems (IFS). This live, 3.5-hour virtual training moves beyond foundational IFS concepts to explore what it really means to recognize, attune to, and access Self both in yourself and your clients.

You'll revisit the Eight Cs of Self, examine what Self is not, and dig into the therapist's own parts and "shoulds" that can get in the way of Self-presence in session. Using specific frameworks, you'll build a clearer, more applied understanding of the Self-to-part relationship as well as walk away with a brief Self-assessment tool and clinical questioning strategies you can use right away.

Delivered through didactic teaching, case discussion, and experiential breakout practice, this training is built for licensed mental health professionals: counselors, social workers, and psychologists with foundational IFS knowledge who are ready to go deeper.

3.5 CE hours available upon full attendance and evaluation completion.

Date: Friday 9th October 2026

Time: 2:30pm to 6pm EST

Format: Live via Zoom
